This is the first Thanksgiving, I didn't make my sweet yams and my sweet potatoe pie. I wanted something different. I looked at a lot of casserole recipes. Nothing seemed to fit what I was looking for, till I found this recipe. Thank you for posting it, everyone loved it. The recipe is simple and easy to follow. It tastes awesome and you can believe I will be making it more often in fact I'm making it for our Christmas party at work.
