This is an excellent dish, really yummy!I used Spanish smoked paprika (1 1/2 table spoons) because the sausages were not smoky enough and 2 cups of (medium hot) salsa.
Next time I will use more carrots and maybe twice the a amount of cabbage....because the leftovers were even better the day after....;)
