- This is an excellent dish, really yummy!I used Spanish smoked paprika (1 1/2 table spoons) because the sausages were not smoky enough and 2 cups of (medium hot) salsa.Next time I will use more carrots and maybe twice the a amount of cabbage....because the leftovers were even better the day after....;) Añadir comentario

- Made this yesterday, and as usual, it was super delicious!Because we have a convection oven, I broiled the meat the last 4 minutes and it caramelized very nicely.Must buy a new container of Gochujang, I finished it yesterday.
