in the photo of the dish, the pork appears to be glazed. do you add the marinade along with pork when initially cooking it, or does the residual marinade on the pork form a glazing as it cooks?

I added a teaspoon of brown sugar for a little hint of swestness. Im positive that caused the glazing. To better answer your question the meat marinated for 2 hours in it sauce and it condencified as i cooked it.
