I made this for dinner tonight. Fancied something with a bit of a different flavour but I didn't know what I wanted so I came up with this one. Smells yummy tastes good. I used a pork loin and cut it into chunks but I found it quite dry so next time I'll use a different cut of meat.

Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 1/4 tspCayenne chilli pepper
  3. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  4. 1bay leaf
  5. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  6. 2garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  7. 500 gramspork chunks
  8. 1/3 tsponion salt
  9. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 1 tbsplemon juice
  11. cooking process
  12. 3 mediumpotatoes (cut into small cubes)
  13. 1 mediumonion (chopped)
  14. 3 tbspolive oil
  15. 3 tbspsunflower oil
  16. 1/4 tspgarlic salt

Cooking Instructions

    Marinade the pork using all the ingredients 3 hours + or overnight.

    Now to cook: Heat the olive and sunflower oil (on a medium heat) in a wok.

    Add the pork and cook for about 10 minutes. Stirring regularly.

    Add the onion and lightly brown. Takes another 4-5 minutes.

    In the mean time while the meat is cooking, fry the potatoes in a deep fat fryer, until golden and crispy.

    Once the potatoes are done drain them and dab with kitchen roll. Lightly sprinkle with a pinch of garlic salt.

    Add the potatoes to the wok and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.

    Check seasoning and serve with a salad of your choice.

Eating piga it's crazy, it's so dangerous for you.let along only cook for 10 minutes
