I used your recipe, they came out well, but didn't rise in the oven, then th3 cooking time was way below 30min I cooked for 30min but they had overcooked by this time. Also my dough was too hard to I added an egg, j think this killed my yeast 😡 😔 I'll do this again and maybe add some more milk.
