Cooking Instructions

Mix flour, salt,sugar, yeast, bi-carbonate

Warm the milk till warm to the touch

Add the milk to the dry ingredients, mix and cover with cling film.

Let it seat for an hour and rise

After an hour, knead the dough and roll it out.

Mix butter, cinnamon and brown sugar over low heat
- 7
Roll out the dough and pour the cinnamon mix. Roll it into a long sausage. Cut it in 2 inch pieces.

Place the pieces in a greased oven dish, with an inch between them. Cover them in cling and leave for an hour to rise again.

Bake at 180degrees for 30 to 40min till golden brown.

When baked, rub melted butter mixed with cream cheese or condensed milk.
