
This was really good! I used chicken for it. Had some modifications...I cut the sauce recipe in half, didn't have ginger paste, so I used about 1/2 tsp of ground ginger, added a minced garlic clove and subbed some sriracha instead of red pepper flakes. Served it with coconut rice and broccoli. Thanks for the yummy recipe 😀

I've got a recipe under my profile for it. Just jasmine rice cooked with coconut milk and ginger basically, but it's really creamy and good!

Looks excellent! I wanted to use sriracha when I made this, but we were out! How do I run out of sriracha? 😱 LOL! Anyway, glad you enjoyed! I will definitely have to try that coconut rice. it sounds awesome!
