Hello from Greece! We had a "Mexican night" with my friends and the very helpful CM from Mexico suggested your recipe. The truth is that we don't have the same ingredients here (I could not find this kind of corn, I used yellow), but it turned out great! I decorated with fresh strawberries and it was a hit.
