
These turned out great! I didn't have cheddar, so used fresh grated Parmesan cheese. I also baked these (400° for 7 minutes, flip, and 7 minutes on other side). They turned out crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Thank you for sharing!

Awesome! Never thought they could get crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside if they re baked, bacause that is what I get when I deep fry them. I would like to try to bake them sometimes.
