I made this in advance before I’ll try to make the anchovy pasta for lunch so the dressing would really get into the veggies. I was given the recipe by someone very dear to me. She added the yellow squash. I really enjoy the crunchiness of the yellow squash. I usually don’t get enough veggies because I am too lazy to make them the Korean ways. I am glad that your salad recipes are so simple and easy to make. You contributed to my veggies daily intake. Thanks:)
