I have made this several times over the past 8 years and it is always a huge hit! I do decrease eggs to 3 and sugar to 1 cup and add a little extra pumpkin pie spice. The pecans get a nice toasty flavor and make it extra delicious! Best served room temperature with ice cream or whipped cream.
