  1. 15 ozCan Pumpkin
  2. 12 ozCan Evaporated Milk
  3. 4Eggs
  4. 1 1/2 CupsSugar
  5. 1 TbspPumpkin Pie Spice
  6. 1 BoxYellow Gluten Free Cake Mix
  7. 1 CupMelted Butter
  8. 1 CupChopped Pecans, Optional

Cooking Instructions

    Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large bowl, beat together the pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, and spices until well combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

    Sprinkle the top with yellow cake mix.

    Sprinkle with the chopped pecans (Optional).

    Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the cake.

    Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the custard is set.
