Favorite cornbread recipe! I put the butter in the baking dish while pre-heating oven. No cooking spray. Used more honey- we love honey. Perfect pairing with baked beans, BBQ or Mac & cheese. I love it with an over easy egg on top, sprinkled with grilled Serrano peppers & cotija cheese.
