
So delicious!! I had to adapt to what ingredients I had at home, so I used mirin instead of shaoxing wine, shredded white cabbage instead of bean sprouts and thin rice noodles instead of wide ones. Oh, and ground ginger instead of fresh. Still really amazing flavour, super quick and there are enough leftovers for tomorrow's lunch too!!
