It's me again! Today I made the cheesecake again but with rehydrated dried oranges and canned mango in a jelly layer on top.I made a mistake of cutting it when it's chilled for 3 hours, it's not very firm. I guess we should had chill it at least 4 hours before cutting. It's still good regardless! Thank you for the recipe 🥰

Wow! William, it looks delicious. If you can share how you made the top jelly layer, it would help many people to try it. I want to try it, too. ❤️

@hirokoliston Actually, I was following your jelly recipes, I remembered that as a rule of thumb, it's 2g of gelatine powder per 100ml liquid! To those reading this please checkout Hiroko's jelly recipes! So, I was using canned mango, I just separate the liquid from the fruit and then add water until it's 200ml.Then, I started heating the liquid with the fruits, but not until boiling then mix in 4g of gelatine powder. Stir until it completely melt, add some lemon juice or sugar, taste to adjust, and set aside.Next, once the cheesecake is set in the fridge, or at least until it's firmed at the top, I layered the fruits on top then pour in the liquid. After that I just cover with cling film and continue chill in the fridge. It's recommended to chill overnight or at least 4-5 hours!

William, thank you very much for sharing how you made the jelly layer. I feel happy to know my jelly recipe helped you to create it. Next time you make No-Bake Cheesecake, please consider my another recipe of 'Basic No-Bake Cheesecake', that doesn't require Yoghurt and easier to make. https://cookpad.wasmer.app/uk/recipes/6278501
