Hmmmm booze! But honestly this is just a delicious cake. Frosting is optional but the glaze should be done.

This episode originated from a show featuring a famous chef and willie Nelson. The recipe on the show was great but I have modified it to make it my own and amp up some of the less sweet flavors.Also you can smoke the ham low and slow with the same glaze and it is amazing.

1. 4 cups all purpose flour
2. 2 teaspoons baking powder
3. 2 teaspoons baking soda
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 2 sticks cold butter
6. 1/2 cup sour cream
7. 1 & 1/2 cup buttermilk
