I trained at Swinburne University, Victoria Australia completing a Hospitality course in order to work my Cellar Door business. With a passion for travel, food and wine I have travelled extensively in Vietnam and attended many cooking classes from Hanoi to Saigon.
Currently living on a farm in central Victoria we have farmstay accommodation and I prepare meals for our guests. I have also catered for weddings, birthday parties, etc. Recently I trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine.
I am in the process of setting up cooking workshops on our farm.
