My passion for cooking started when I was in my 20's. Before that it was a real difficult job for me & there was no intrest at all even in learning.
I love to cook special fancy dishes. Making Kache Dum Ki Biriyani is one of my greatest passion.
My first passion was Shahi Paneer & Kadhaie Paneer.
But rather than Kadhaie Paneer, I have made a lot of Paneer Zalferazie.
After this I kept on learning. I am in my 50's now & till today I watch cooking shows on TV. Now a days there is so much to learn from the net. It's just never-ending.
In my younger days I used to go attend cooking classes & one odd programme used to come on Doordarshan. Today learning has just become too unlimited.
I THINK THIS PASSION OF MINE WILL BE FOR EVER AS LONG AS I AM ALIVE. NOBODY CAN TAKE IT AWAY FROM ME.
