I am native to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
I felt in love with food as a kid seeing my aunt preparing food every day for the family, taking her time and putting a lot of love on it.
At the age of 20 I moved to the states and started diversifying my palate and love for different kinds of cuisines and techniques, I've worked with amazing and very knowledgeable chefs and now i want to share amazing recipes with the rest of the world.
