- Uncle John was a beautiful man...an artist, dancer, florist, and self-made chef! This is the most delicious meatloaf I've ever tasted! Its a little time consuming, but we'll worth the effort! Chop the celery and onions fine, it makes such a difference...you will not regret making this....make this for a special occasion/ it is scrumptious with a fresh salad and your favorite crusty bread.
