Your omelette fascinated my friends.This dish is my *first* African recipe.It is surprising to put peppers and in omelette but I feel it’s key seasoning.I got a new inspiration from your recipe, thank you.We had no tomatoes so we used tomato ketchup instead of it.I knew that you have posted many chicken recipes already (and I love chicken dishes!).I hope to have more delicious chicken dishes.Would you mind sharing a new recipe using chicken(or not)?
