Over the years I've realized food can be a tastefully magical experience that explores all of your senses in the most colorful ways! My dishes mainly involve experimentation combined with flexibility and skill. I have found that not only is cooking a therapeutic activity for myself, there's nothing like making an enjoyable meal for those you love. My father is a professional chef who taught me many useful skills in the kitchen at a young age, and I credit him for some of the enthusiasm I have for cooking today. I can't stay away from the kitchen, for it's a world with in itself! Food is creativity, love, and healing - the yummiest form of artistic expression :)
