Ingredients

5-6 people
  1. 1 kgChicken (boneless)
  2. 2-3Onion (medium sized)
  3. 3-4Tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspHaldi
  5. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  7. 1 tspwhite pepper
  8. 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tbspzeera (roasted & crushed)
  10. 1 1/2 tbspChat masala
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. To taste Salt
  13. 3 tbspginger garlic paste
  14. 1 cupYogurt
  15. 1/4 cupcream
  16. 1/2 tspkasuri meethi
  17. 1 cupOil
  18. 1 tbsplemon juice
  19. leavesFor garnishing mint
  20. leavesFor garnishing coriander
  21. For garnishing green chilli
  22. For garnishing julienne ginger

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly grind Onion, set aside

  2. 2

    Grind tomatoes & make purée, set aside

  3. 3

    Heat Oil, fry chicken when slightly colour change, remove from the Oil, set aside

  4. 4

    On the same pan, in the remaining oil, add grinded onion, fry until light brown

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste sauté for couple of seconds

  6. 6

    Add tomatoes purée with all seasoning, bhonofy

  7. 7

    Add chicken, cover & cook for couple of minutes

  8. 8

    Add yogurt, bhonofy.
    Lastly add cream, kasuri meethi & garam masala, mix it well, cover for a minute

  9. 9

    Before serving squeeze lemon juice

  10. 10

    Serve Hot, garnish with julienne ginger, green chilli, fresh mint & coriander leaves
