Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 8 ozdried penne pasta
  • Sliced mushroom (any to your liking and taste)
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • Red pepper chili flakes to taste
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Grated parmesan cheese to tatse
  • 2 clovesminced garlic (or to taste)

    Boil pasta to as directed to al dente in salted water.

  2. 2

    While pasta cooks heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add minced garlic and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Stir for about 3 to 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Then add butter.

  3. 3

    Once pasta is done, drain and add to mushrooms. Stir in parmesan and chili flakes. Mix and top with parsley. Enjoy!2
