How to make Pizza Dough?

While having Pizza, my husband always leave the corners of the crust. But after this dough crust, he eats all the corners too😄 so I started to add a dash of garlic powder with the dried basil leaves. Really, it enhances the flavor of the crust and super excited for your taste buds. The most important part is no more left over corners. Top up with your flavor sauce and toppings and give a best treat to your family. Try my recipe, you will really feel the difference.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take a large bowl and combine all-purpose flour with whole sachet of instant yeast and sugar.
- 2
At the same point, add salt, garlic powder and dried basil. Drizzle some oil too.
- 3
Take a cup of warm water and add slowly slowly while mixing with spoon. Use wooden spoon or silicon base one for stirring well. Stirring until the dough forming an elastic ball.
- 4
The dough will be sticky but still should be manageable by hands. Use your hands to make a ball. Drizzle olive oil and tap it on the ball with your hand all over.
- 5
Wrap your bowl with cling or plastic all over and place it in a warm place. Allow dough to rise over for 30 mins.
- 6
Once the dough has risen, use your hands gently to deflate it and transfer to the kitchen counter and knead it again until smooth. Make a shape round or square with rolling pin or hand and transfer it to pizza pan. Top up your favorite toppings and serve.

source: https://sugarspunrun.com/wprm_print/13562Notes¹I've found that all-purpose flour yields a softer crust while bread flour gives a slightly crispier exterior. Please see the post for more information on all-purpose vs. bread flour in pizza dough.²Many commenters have reported using active dry yeast (use the same amount, 2 ¼ teaspoon) with success. Some people have proofed the yeast first with the ¾ cup warm water, which is what I would recommend, while others have just mixed it into the dough as instructed. Both have had success!³Ideally your water should be between 105-115F (40-46C). I usually just use warm tap water but do make sure that your water isn't too hot or it will kill your yeast! Pizza Dough Pizza Dough
This pizza dough is not prepared or cooked in a traditional way, but it is the best homemade dough recipe that I've been able to come up with. It's also a nice cross between two competing pizza philosophies, namely Chicago-style deep dish and New York-style thin crust. It's versatile in the sense it is great for any topping choice, and although it won't be your favorite pizza crust of all time, it will hopefully be the favorite one you've ever made at home. This is my go-to pizza dough. It's so fun and easy to make! The cool thing about this pizza dough is you can either cook it in a hour or let it rise in the fridge for 3 days! I've tried a ton of different recipes but this one is the best Courtney Bender -
