I pan fry cheese until it's crispy in a frying pan and top it with various things to serve as a drinking appetizer. When I tried topping it with new potato slices, it was chewy and delicious. I make this quite often.Slice the potato very thinly using a slicer or mandoline.At step 4, if you don't cool the bottom of the frying pan the pancake won't flip over since the cheese is very soft.
