  3. 3green chilies (chopped)
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic (paste)
  5. 1 cuptomato puree
  6. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  7. 1 teaspoondry coriander powder
  8. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  9. 1 teaspoonred chili powder
  10. 1 teaspoonchili flakes
  11. Salt add to taste
  12. 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  13. 1 tbspall-purpose flour
  14. Julienne cut Ginger for presentation
  15. Fresh green coriander & green chilies for presentation
  16. Lemon for presentation

Cooking Instructions

    Keemy ko dho kar ek chani may nikal dein even extra Pani nikal jay

    Ab masale may keema dal kar mix karen 5 minute tak bhuni karen phir 1 cup pani dal kar slow flame par dhak kar pkain even oil uper ajay

    10 minute ky bad chamach chalain oil uper achuka hai ab hari mirchin dal kar mazeed 2 minutes ky liy cover kar dein

    Ab serving bowl may nikal kar Julienne cut Ginger lemon or fresh green coriander se decorate Karen

    Mazaydaar beef keema karahi taiyar hai garma garam naan or green chutney ky sath enjoy karen
