Mix oil salt ajwain with maida and mix it with hands jab tak ye dry or crunchy na ho jaye.

Now keep it for 20 -25 minutes then make dough with lukewarm water and let it stay again for 20 minutes.

Then make a round and thick roti and cut it in strips or any shapes and fry it with medium flame and you can give the shape as you wish with the help of a cookie cutter I made a star shape for my son.

Note: do not make dough smooth.
