  1. Chicken thigh
  2. Rice
  3. Salad cream
  4. Veg oil
  5. cubesSeasoning
  6. leavesBay
  7. Tomato paste
  8. Onion
  9. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season and boil the chicken with onion,seasoning cubes,bay leaves and salt.when is well done fry in veg oil.

    Parboil the rice wash and set aside.fry tomato paste,onion,pepper,add chicken stock and additional water stir and boil pour in parboiled rice add salt,seasoning cubes and curry cober and boil untill is softens and done.

    Slice cabbage,carrots,cucumber add salad cream to it.serve all together.
