  1. Rice
  2. Chicken
  3. Cucumber
  4. Mayonise
  5. Seasoned salt
  6. Carrots
  7. Mixed spices
  8. Fresh tomatoes
  9. Tatasi
  10. Thyme
  11. Onion
  12. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice carrots,cabbage and mix with mayonise.Boil the chicken seasoning with onion,thyme,seasoned salt and mixed spices.heat up vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken.parboil rice

  2. 2

    Remove the seeds in the tatasi and blend with fresh tomatoes.boil for the water to dry pour in vegetable oil in it add onion.and stir.

  3. 3

    As is frying add salt,stock,mixed spices,water and curry.then when is boiling round add the rice and stir and boil.
