This is NOT any casado I have ever seen.Firstly,A casado is rice AND beans..Yours has no beans! Secondly, A casado NEVER has frozen peas.You cant even buy those here.Thirdly.You posted the NORTH Korean flag and not the Costa Rican one. A proper casado will consist of rice and beans with meat or fish, a cabbage salad with a tomato, a tortilla, fried plantain and sometimes a serving of pasta or mashed potato

Thank you Hazel. I try to explain in my recipe that this is not real casado, its an adaptation with spanish ingredients and triyng to be more light.
I taked two O three times casado on Costarica and i loved It. I couldn't find Costarica' s flag at WhatsApp app 🤷🏿♂️
Finally I cooked that because one politician name Casado disapper. It was a joke
