You can make it with chicken, and Japanese call it

That's the Wiener schnitzel, Austrian's traditional one, which is made with veal. Poundering the meat, then you could use any part, I think.

Gue kemarin bikin dibuat rumit, daging di ketok-ketok lah, pakai pork loin, terus goreng kudu 2x, busyet deh. Ini lebih simpel. Plus dengan wijen+bulldog tonkatsu sauce rasanya kyak yg di resto.
