Anchor itu merk butter mbak.. coba cari di supermarket bagian dairy yg ada chiller.

Cream of tartar utk stabilkan adonan putih telor biar gk mudah kempes. Bentuknya bubuk. Anchor itu butter/mentega. Beda dgn margarin/blueband. Ada yg salted (asin) & unsalted (tawar).
