Pull apart bread

A soft pull apart bread!
When making bread
-When placing yeast and salt in a bowl at the beginning, do not put it next to each other! When yeast touches salt before the yeast is dissolved in liquid, the salt will stop yeast from working.
-Always use warm milk and unsalted butter
-when rising, make sure the dough has doubled its size from beginning to end. Adjust the time if necessary.
-if the dough is drying, spray water with spray bottle

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix all the ingredients except for butter in a bowl. Make sure the milk is warm. Do not put yeast and salt next to each other. When it forms a soft dough, add butter and knead once more.
- 2
Knead the dough on a floor surface. When the dough became stretchy, roll it in the circle and place it in a bowl and let it ride for 30min in a warm place.
- 3
Separate the dough into 16 circle and let it rest for 10min under wet towel/kitchen paper.
- 4
Punch the dough softly and let the air out. Roll back into a circle.
- 5
Place the dough into 23x23cm square pan. Make sure to make spaces between the doughs! Let it rise for 20min. (The picture I just used 18x18 square pan for nine doughs)
- 6
Shift flour on top of the raised dough.Preheat the oven to 170c°(338F°) and bake for 20- min.
- 7
Perfect for a mini sandwich!

This recipe is a lot like my Original cheesy bread. I like that it’s easy to pull apart and I had a bowl of Marinara sauce for dipping, this made a great snack during a movie night something different from popcorn and candy. (Goes with anything, and any occasion, easy to make. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

Yogurt Pull-Apart Bread Yogurt Pull-Apart Bread
I just wanted to use up some leftover plain yogurt, so I added a lot of it.The dough is made simply by mixing yogurt into it, but I didn't want to go out of my way to make something extra to top the bread but I still wanted some sort of simple topping, so I was pondering this problem for a while.I used a 21 cm frying pan with a removable handle to bake this bread. A 21 cm frying pan can hold about 346 ml, but an 18 cm square baking pan can hold about 324 ml. So the bread should come out to about the same size. Calculate the capacity of whatever pan you want to use to bake the bread in this way. For a domed bread loaf, just put the dough in the pan. For a square Pullman type loaf, calculate the amount of dough by dividing the capacity of the pan by 3.5. Recipe by Osshosan cookpad.japan -
