Best too make a small amount for a day, because the meringues within the Raspberry thick Cream can disappear within the Raspberry Cream and the thick Double Cream can lose it's thickness from the fruit juice of the Raspberries.

Through experience as a home Chef I now realise that it is best too make small individual Pavlova Meringues and that they need to be completely hard - the meringue should have no soft and syrupy bits for the making of a proper Eaton mess
