Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cuporange juice
  3. 3 tbsp chopped almonds
  4. 3 tbsp cashwes
  5. 3 tbsp black raisins
  6. 3 tbsp yellow raisins
  7. 2 tbsp orange tutti fruity
  8. 3 tbsp walnuts
  9. 2 tbsp green tutti fruity
  10. 2 tbsp red tutti fruity
  11. 1 tspcardamom, cinnamon, powder
  12. 1 tsp baking powder
  13. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  14. 2/3 cupsugar for caramel
  15. 1/4 cupmilk
  16. 1/4 cupoil
  17. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take orange juice and add all dry fruits. Soak for 2 hours

    In deep pan take 2/3 sugar. On high flame melt it to make caramel. Switch off the flame gradually and add water. Cook for 5 minutes

    Now sift all dry ingredients. In bowl. Mix oil and milk.mix add caramel.mix well, add dry ingredients to it. Add soaked dry fruits.

    Mix well. Grease mould pour mixture in it. Decorate with cherry, dry fruits, tutti fruity. Preheat OTG on 180 degree. Bake for 60 minutes.

    Serve hot. Enjoy the cake slice
