Peach Cucumber Salsa

A light, flavor filled summer taste that accompanies grilled chicken, grilled turkey and fish really well.

A taste of summer! Cucumber Salsa with a nice bite!

Would go great with cheeses or as antipasto. B-)

Wanted to make something a little different tonight. I had some peaches I needed to use. This dish turned out good and was a snap to make.

I served this on top of seared ahi tuna.

This is a delicious fruity salsa, similar but different to the mango one I previously posted. Goes great with grilled meat, cold deli cuts, fish and crackers

My boyfriend made up this recipe on the fly. I added avocado for color.

This is a simple colorful mango salsa it's easy to make . It's sweet spicy and delicious . Serve it with tacos or as salad .

A great accompaniment for seafood or a sweet counterpoint to spicy dishes.

Seasonal fruit is the reason this was created! I wanted a fresh relish for fish tacos or salmon!

This is a blend of 2 different recipes that I found on the internet. It goes well with chicken breast or thighs in a chipotle pepper or other spicy marinade. We use leftovers the next day with Cajun spiced tilapia.

This salsa is not only good with salmon, but its great with ALL meats, and also great with chips and other fish. Its also great for livening up leftovers since the lime preserves all the fruit. Perfect for summer, cool, refreshing and loaded with fiber, perfect for salmon...you cant go wrong with this recipe!

This is a very easy dish to prepare. Using the “cedar plank” method on the grill ensures a very moist piece of salmon fillet. It’s been said that the Native American Indians used this cooking method long ago. Topping the fillets with salsa gives it enriched flavor, color, and added moisture.

I always loved a good fruity topping for all of my savory dishes. I was in the grocery store one day and saw a bottle of pineapple salsa. My eldest daughter insisted that we buy it, so I gave in. It was quite nice on top of a quesadilla, but I thought "I could do better than this" and alas this recipe was thought up. I served it on top of grilled chicken BV (before vegetarian) but I can argue it tastes very good on "tacos" and even grilled tofu. I hope you enjoy!
