Ingredients

  1. Choppy Choppy
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 3potatoes, diced
  4. 4 stripsbacon
  5. 8 ozbaby bella mushrooms, diced
  6. 1 cupcarrots, shredded
  7. Not Choppy Choppy
  8. 1 tbsgarlic
  9. 1/3 cupflour
  10. 2 tbschicken bullion
  11. 10 ozcanned corn
  12. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  13. Oregano

Cooking Instructions

    Cook bacon on medium high until crispy. Remove.

  2. 2

    Cook onions in bacon grease until halfway done. Add mushrooms and cook until both are done. Add 1 tbs garlic and cook until fragrant.

    Add 1/3 cup flour to veggies until incorporated.

  4. 4

    Add 6 cups water, potatoes, carrots, 2 tbs chicken bullion, salt, pepper, and oregano.

    Turn up heat to boiling, then turn down and simmer for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are tender.

    Once potatoes are soft, add 1/2 cup heavy cream and corn. Cook for another 5 minutes.

    Serve with bacon pieces.
