  1. 1 cupgrated carrot grated
  2. 1 cupgrated onion
  3. 1grated potato
  4. 2 tbspwhole wheat atta
  5. 1 tbsprice flour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspjeera powder
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. Green chili
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Cheese mozzarella

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add carrot onion potato add all masala and mix well

    Add wheat flour and rice flour and mix well with hand.

    Sprinkle water if it is dry.Use it immediately.

    Heat tawa and spread the mixture little thick and drizzle oil on side and cook from both side till crispy

  5. 5

    Now spread pizza sauce and top it with cheese.

    Cover and cook till cheese melts

  7. 7

    Serve
