Just made these for dinner! The potatoes come out sooooo good when you slice them thin! Some are nice and soft while others are crispy. 😍 I snuck a few sliced carrots in mine. Btw, I think the oil is missing from the ingredients?

This was really nice. I usually cut up potatoes in chunks, boil a little and then roast, but this was so much easier!
