Awesome recipe!!! I always thought choux pastry was hard to make but your recipe was super easy to follow. We loved it :D I used strawberries for mine 🍓 and I was out of vanilla so I added a couple drops of almond extract to the custard. Thanks, this was really fun 💕

Something in between - or rather, they should be crispy on the outside and softer inside. Next time you might want to try and leave them in the oven for 3-5 extra minutes - this should make the outer part golden brown and crunchier! Ps: I love your insta account!
