Mix the dry ingredients in large bowl

Preheat the oven to 180c/350F

Mix the wet ingredients in smaller bowl and mix very well

Add in the wet ingredients into the flour and mix well

Add the oats and raisins to the bowl in combine with spatula

Use an ice cream scoop and place the dough on lined tray

Use a spoon to flatten/shape the dough a bit

Bake in oven for 12mins

Bottom should be crispy and top is still soft at this point

Let it cool on the tray for 5mins before moving to rack

Recipe can be adjusted with what you have on hand, can add nuts or replace raisins to chocolate chips!
