Cara Membuat

Siapkan bahan. Campur gula pasir, ragi instan dan susu uht hangat. Campur gula, ragi dan susu hangat. (Prepare the ingredients. Mix the granulated sugar, instant yeast, and warm UHT milk.)

Aduk sebentar. Tutup dan diamkan selama 10 menit. Masukkan sebagian tepung, aduk. Kemudian masukkan sisa tepung dan aduk kembali sampai tercampur rata. (Stir briefly. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Add some of the flour and stir. Then, add the remaining flour and stir again until well combined.)

Bagi adonan. Saya membaginya menjadi 15 bagian dengan berat masing2....37 gram. Bulatkan adonan. Ambil 1 bulatan, beri bahan isi. Susun pada cetakan. Diamkan 1 jam.
