A copy cat recipe of the chi chi's mexican corn cake. It's thicker than traditional mexican corn cake but has that good sweet flavor.

Very good. This time I made it I accidentally added fresh minced chives lol I thought I had cilantro. I buy it fresh minced in little containers lol so I ended up using dried cilantro and it worked fine and I don't even notice the chives and may even start adding them in from now on.

I love these meatballs. I will eat a bowl full of them or put them on a hoagie roll with provolone cheese. Either way so good.

This was very good however I think I'll use half the water and slightly more soy sauce and increase the peanut butter, garlic and honey or just leave the all the sugar out and just use 1/2 cup of honey instead of sugar next time. I removed the skin and sprinkled on salt, pepper and garlic powder on to the chicken and cooked it at 375 degrees for an hour basting every 15 minutes and then broiled it on low till it was just starting to get dark and the last few minutes of cooking after I basted it I sprinkled on some sesame seeds. I will definitely be making this again for sure as it was a crowd pleaser. Thanks for the recipe.

Thank you for inspiring me to make this delicious drink however I made chocolate oat milk. I was out of vanilla extract so I used vanilla coffee creamer about 1/4 cup and about 1/4 cup honey and 5 Tablespoons cacao powder and a small pinch of cinnamon and sea salt. Its so good and not too sweet either. I am going to use the oat pulp in pancakes that I'm going to make later. The oat pulp is not flavored by the way. 🤗💗

Looks and smells fantastic. Its cooling now but I'll let you know how it taste later.

This is not my pic lol The casserole got devoured before I could take a pic and I had to upload a pic before I could leave a review lol Well it was so very good and will be making it again. I did add extra cheese and added 1/2 cup of chopped white onions and 1 teaspoon garlic powder and black pepper to the sauce and I also did not prepare the stuffing I mixed it with about 1/3 cup of melted butter and crumbled it on top. 🤗👍👍

90 minutes in the freezer is not enough time to freeze. It got it cold and it's still good though with creamer. Lol

This was pretty good. I used ground turkey and a bag of frozen carrots and peas and used 3 frozen packages of birds eye sour cream and chive mashed cauliflower

I just pulled this pie out of the oven and I think it looks great. I baked it for 1 hour. I used light brown sugar and alaga syrup( dark corn syrup ) because that is what I had on hand. I also added about 1/4 of a cup chopped pecan pieces and I reduce the sugar to a 1/2 cup. Thank you for the recipe. I'm sure it's going to be delicious I'll let you know what I think. 🤗

It was really good better than I was thinking all through I used reg mayo and Kraft brown sugar bbq sauce because that's what I had on hand and I added a few drops of reg mustard and about a 1/2 Tbls of spicy brown mustard. I will definitely make this again.
