I made these with half splenda half cane sugar as cookies can get dry when using just splenda and I wanted less cane sugar for the kids. used white chocolate chips and Andes mint pieces. came out like a super soft girl scout thin mint cookie!! :cookie :excited

So easy to throw together my 11 year old completely made this recipe! excellent picnic cake with the fruit and can eat with Ur hands:-) kids love it...thanks for sharing!!

excellent :cookie very simple and quick to put together. took me 10 minutes. only used two eggs, one cream cheese and one can condensed milk. also added a teaspoon of vanilla and served with caramel sauce. :chef
