Too hot here in Michigan , this time i add one orange and instead of simple syrup i used 2 packages of stevia

I rest the flour dough for 10 minutes big difference

My fillo dough was old and kept breaking on me so I decided to chop it mix the sauce with filling and start laying it in pot and add few eggs on top cook it at 375 for 40 minutes was really delicious 🤤 hate to throw any thing so decided to work with every I have enjoy 😉
