Yet another strawberry, cheese crunch cake is ready to go out the door.This is two layers of strawberry chiffon cake with a New York cheesecake in the middle and then frosted with a creme cheese frosting and covered in freeze dried strawberries and golden oreos pulsed in the food processor.

This was so simple and a big hit.

We really freeked out a birthday boy. The cake was a huge hit.

turned out well. I added more bananas to make it more flavorful. it was still a little dry maybe it could use more banana.
