About 1 hour before we eat I'm adding frozen stirfry veggies and we're going to serve with udon or rice for a simple Asian inspired meal

I forgot to high altitude adjust measurements so we had perfect "chocolate cake brownies " as my daughter said. I didn't have any confectioners sugar, but had some frosting so isubstituted it. I love the fact it doesn't need milk as my son is allergic to milk. This is a keeper for us!
