i love to cook and bake anything! i love trying new foods and new recipes.. and when i try something new with kids i always have a back up plan. i always try to come up with something new and interesting. im always changing my style cuz i love different.

i made this tonight for dinner but i double the sauce as we like alot of sauce. i added 1tbl. of soy sauce, 1tsp. minced garlic, sauteed carrots and onion. and i used a whole sliced orange instead of orange peel. i cooked the sauce and veggies in a wok then added a tbl of cornstarch slurrry to thicken it. once thickened i tossed in the fried chicken pieces. tossed to coat. and served over rice. tbh if i didnt do all that with the sauce i wouldnt of liked it as much. and i also did it this way cuz i didnt wanna turn on the oven and heat up the house. its an awesome base recipe for me to use since it was my first time making orange chicken. thank u!

omg! i used bluberries, blackberries and raspberries.. made a half batch and now i wish i had enough fruit to make a full batch cuz its soooooooooo good!
